Protection against water and dust

MAXCOM STRONG devices are IP67 certified, which means they are waterproof while displaying excellent drop and dust resistance.

Make sure that the stamp under the battery cover and the USB port cover is properly locked.

The device can be used again if it has remained in the water for less than 30 minutes and up to 1 meter depth.

The phone can be safely used in the rain.

ICE Button 

It is an international mark (available on specific devices), recognizable by rescuers, with which they can quickly see which numbers to call.

With long press, the screen will show the list of contacts pre-set by the phone holder, as well as important health information that can be saved for life.

SOS Button 

Most of the MAXCOM models have an SOS key. This is a feature that puts the device in an alarm and activates a sequence of automatic actions when activated by its owner:

  • Successive calls to pre-set contacts
  • Send messages to pre-set contacts
  • Continuous audible alarm signal
